Dickheaded Drivers (Singapore)

what is it with singaporean drivers (especially the freaking beng kind) who drives a subaru impreza or a lancer, does not understand that a lay-bye is what it is for.

a driver (2120 plate), honked at me as i was walking my physically handicapped wife up the steps of Ngee Ann City Tower B.. I had to park my car there temporarily to help her up a set of steps with no handrails. And the gall of this freaking dick to then overtake me inside the 3 lane driveway inside Ngee Ann City. What a fucking dick.
